Still very dreary just a patch of sun this afternoon and then guess what...rain....

4.4°C and dropping it is 12.28 am now so it is getting on. Today we got to 11 degrees celcius and tomorrow we are heading for 14 but sunny is summer ever going to get to the UK this year I am beginning to wonder.

But the weather girl said it IS going to get warmer next week

I know it does not take long to come around. I have to be honest with you Liz I much prefer the cold to the hot. You can always get warm but you cannot get cool once your hot your hot.

It's been really hot here..well we think it's hot!!!!!

No rain for a few weeks... think we may have some in the next couple of days..

It's a hundred degrees with the dew oint and horrid humidity. I took off work today. They other day one of the dumb ass night guys put down stripper on a floor before I was ready, turned into a ice skating rink the a sticky gooey mess. I was so mad a him, he's been ther long enough to know better. I think I might sneak out with the girls to the park before it gets unbearable, for them too, then, out with the girls to a Mexican place tonight..
My electtric bill is gonna be crazy, I have 3 air cons going alll the time lately..

Ah the electricity bill is worth it to stay cool. Have a goodnight tonight I am just about off to bed now it is nearly 12.10 am just checking in before bed.

Yes it has cooled down her and we have had rain but it is forecast to be brighter next week... must say I don't mind this cooler weather ... I just cannot stand the heat..

I have been suffering from hot sweats over the last few days so it's been better that it's been cooler...

Like you Liz I cannot stand the putrid heat but a little bit warmer would be nice I would like to live in the temprature of around 20 to 23 degrees celcius all year round perfect. Might have to move to the North Central Coast in New South Wales.

Got my electric bill yesterday, 189.00 $ Highest ever!!!

Not as bad as ours Lori our bill on average for the whole house is generally $600 every quarter or last year it topped the $900 mark electricity is very expensive here.
