They are frame worthy she really is a darling little girl. I think I like the second shot much more than the first one now. Da Mizzy Mizz is special.

Re: what made you happy today
Well to start off with that GEELONG beat COLLINGWOOD!! Go the CATTERS!! Last night that made me very very happy indeed. Yesterday had a lovely day in geelong caught up with John and Roz my friend Mary, Marlene and Lil was a busy day but lovely. Didn't stay the night came home and watched the football and to see GEELONG thrash collingwood which was fantastic so today I have big smile from ear to ear. I am going to go for a drive over to daylesford this afternoon with the dogs to see my friends Moira and David. It is a beautiful day today. Have a good one everyone.

Re: what made you happy today
Lorie I am not a huge sports fan and my football team is Carlton but being a Geelong girl through and through I just want them to win the grand final again this year. I do like my footy however and like you oldboi I too tend to get a little excited and many a good swear word has come out when watching footy but hey that is half the fun. As for dentists I am also desperate for a visit to the dentist and that is one thing I hate and loathe going to them. Sometimes it has to be done. Today is gorgeous outside its warm and sunny and just perfect. My cleaner has just been and everything is now good again. Off to have blood tests this morning oh what joy!! Have a good one everyone.

Re: what made you happy today
I WISH I liked sports, everyone gets so passionate about their teams! My hubby screams at the tv during basketball season that is coming up (cringe) he scares the hell out of me sometimes!
Last year, I sent him to the grooming shop to watch. It's insulated! hahahaha!
From some teeth problems you can get an INFECTION and DIE!
So , get to the dentist!!!!!! Mine was a root canal with a crown and the tooth got cracked. No saving it after that. Im on antibiotics and vicodin. But no wine... gives me a sour stomach with all the drugs..

Re: what made you happy today
I think that my wisdom tooth has been playing up ( now the joke would be over here that if I was Irish I would have a wisdom tooth put in!!).. about a month ago I had a really bad swollen mouth and went to the doctor who gave me antibiotics but he insisted it was a dental problem so went to the dentist when the swelling went down and had x-rays and all was OK ..but think that the problems may be my wisdom tooth and may have more problems later on.. so that is something to look forward too

Re: what made you happy today
What made me happy today is that a crimson rosella landed on my patio only a couple of metres away in clear view stood their for a minute or two so I could just admire all its beautiful colours and paterns. It then sang a little song and flew away. Sometimes the simple things in life are often the best.

Lorie no we don't have humming birds here, Liz sparrows are here I love them just as much they are something special in their own way. I have found pictures of all the birds you have described and they are below for us that dont have them in our relevant countries including kookaburras and sparrows. Your right oldboi kookaburras songs are beautiful and I love magpies warbling as well nothing beats it.

Red winged black bird
Cardinal
House Sparrows

Magpie
I have to say the golden finches are stunning I also love the shot of the sparrows its just beautiful.
