I am in the processes of making one of these cages and I love how big I can make it for my g’pigs...

The best thing is that this type of cages and is used to make cages for almost all small animals from rats to ferrets... It is all up to you imagination.

So please don’t use the wire bottom lawn hutches that cause bumble foot and don’t trap them in small plastic tubes…

Hey they are the penthouses of all guinea pig hutches I have ever seen. They are awesome.

I have seen these cages they are great. Our piggies are outside. they only go into their inside cage when its raining but they prefer to eat grass all day.
They are happy at night in their hutch. they have a nice warm bed to snuggle in too.

as long as it doesnt have a wire bottom i like the out door idea but i could never get a big enough non wire bottom... so my pigs live inside with me and have a playpen for out side.
