Brutis won't go home

This is brutis, my neighbors dog. He came over for a bath and dad forgot to put his harness on for the walk home. Brutis does't go where brutis doesn't want to go and can just slip his collor off if someone tries to pull him anywhere. So, after his bath , he wouldn't go home. He was outside the house and shop trying to get back in for about a half hour. I was laughing at my neighbor, he knows better. One time he had to go home and get the truck. I can SEE their house from mine it was really funny.

How sweet he just loves you Lorie!! He has a face only a mother can love that is for sure.

I don't even know WHY he likes it here, maybe the shop is nice and stinky to him, lots to smell. It's not like he gives my girls the time of day either..
