Rocky

Ok so my friend has a galaha named rocky.. he is 15 years old.

He had 2 fatty tumors when she got him and through a strict diet she managed to get rid of one and shrink the other to half the size...,

the problem with this is that his skin and beak are looking very dry. His beak is scally. His feet are very rough and his brest bone area is also looking dry.. his feather also seem to be a little dull.

So what can she do he isnt able to have a high oil or fat diet due to the tumors so any ideas on food he can have in moderation or suplements he needs are greatlly appreciated.
