I'm Moving House....

I just wanted to let you know that I am moving house in the next week or so and could be offline for a little bit (it is going to drive me NUTS) but thats okay. I have found somewhere to rent with my two little dogs on 12 glorious acres. I have had a tough time this year, I have been living with friends for six months now well almost seven months now and I could not have my dogs here. So a good friend has looked after them at her house for the last six months. It has been a horrible time without them but also its given me time to readjust to a few things. Well they can come and live with me again now and the place I have found they are welcome both inside and out. The people already have two dogs and the tenant that is renting the unit I will move into shortly has a cocker spaniel and he just runs the place inside and out. Below are some photos there are six horses on the property and chooks. I am allowed to have a horse if I want one but no I dont want one. It is just beautiful and it this is the best way to live on the land I dont have to do the up keep but I can enjoy the land itself. My unit has its own entry and back yard with french doors to back yard where the dogs can come and go as they like. The state forest is 900 metres up the road and the land beside us is crown land so there is no chance of building us in at all. It is just beautiful it really is. Hills, trees and open spaces.

Yep I think we are as well. I have always wanted to move to the country to be honest always wanted land where the dogs could run free etc. With the state forest up the road and stuff and crown land its a great place. We are on the conrer of the road that leads to the state forest and there is about three houses up that road. Its a beautiful part of the victorian countryside. I will be offline for a month or so I will have access via the house but I will have full internet access by december. Which is great and also telephone. Not to mention Foxtel or ozstar as its called.

Gosh I wished I lived in rural. Soon though, soon.
We live in Surburbia in a nice house at the moment.
But our plan is to move in the country on 5 acres, and I can build my cattery.
But geez, lovely house, I'm sure you will enjoy it lots.
Lol, I must say the view from the entrance door, a horses butt! Haha, that'll be good to wake up to every morning

The horses are actually not there now they have moved into the paddock... but I have to say to that comment better a horse butt than my next doors neighbours grumpy face. I can tell you the horse butt is much more attractive.

I have always wanted to live rural and up until now stayed in suburbia. I have always been a bushie at heart. I am so looking forward to it. I move in 12 days now and counting down.... YIPPEE!!

Oh I am so jealous, its atleast 5 years til we move to the country. We want to buy a good acreage and build a animal friendly house.

My dads family grew up in the country, and it just feels like home for me also, so peaceful and away from everything going on here.

Exactly though this is my first time living out of the city and though I will miss aspects of the city I am not going to miss the city. Five years will soon come shame you dont live closer you could have always come for a visit. It is now 11 Days and counting....

I have been truly blessed living here the last eight months. Lori, Libby, Ashalyn and Sanjay have become very close friends. I have a wonderful life here and I just love it. This was mean't to be  the bungalow is now done up completely and has a fence around the verandah with its own yard for the dogs etc. We have a new tenant in that a lady called Kate and we all get along well. I really have found my little bit of paradise here, I plan on living here for a very long time. 

That really good that you have settled ... and that you really love where you live it is so important for a happy life

It is and I am  happy for the first time in a very long time my life has changed in so many ways particularly socially and that is exactly what I needed out of the old same rut and routine. It has truly been a breath of fresh air.
