fires, are you all OK????

I can't believe what is happening over there. The news stories are mostly awful and to think some may have been started by people. Is everyone safe, I am praying you all are.

I am,but I am on the other side of Australia,hope everyone else ok too,yes,its horrible hey?

i am fine and have been watching the news how horrible
my thoughts and best wishes for everyone that has been affected
and i just hope and pray that none of our members have been hert,lost or lost their homes
atm i have last herd of 173 people dead may you all R.I.P such a sad sad situtation

its bloody horrific, we couldnt imagine what they are going through, those emergency services workers are faced with an impossible task with those winds and the fire front, as a firie myself, my heart goes out to them, not only do they have to contend with the fires but also with the body retrieval, theres goin to be some pretty messed up people when this is all over, this week will live with them forever, how crazy is it all, people are flooded in the north and the south is burning, lets think of them all.

My sister was on alert from the Beechworth fires on the Dederang side but it is safe at the moment. We still have a smoke haze but they back burned during the night we are an hour a way from the fires so relatively safe but was very worried about my sister for a couple of days there. Misty was frantic trying to move the kittens we put it down to the smoke and she wanted them in a safe place.

i was worried about all the wild life as well as everyones pets so sad to think what they went through
loosing 2 very young brothers a few years ago in a house fire i kind of no how hard it is to loose the ones you love but they are now talking about 300 people lost :(such a terrible terrible thing that has happened and i am so proud of australia how we all have pulled together to help victoria!!!
our bilo is giving all fridays earnings to the bush fires
and almost every place i go to is having a bbq to raise funds]\



also guys beware of scammers trying to take money for the fires
i have herd of one person being charged for being a fake donation collector so plz guys make sure your donation really go to those who need it

I think maybe a lot of yous are wondering the same thing,her new lovely farm life,hope she is allright,plz mini if you are out there,plz let us know your ok,I havent been on this site much lately but seems she hasnt either since the bushfires,i often wonder if she is ok,or if she may have lost the farm,or such,any one know if she is ok?

Yes we are okay we are more south west from there. It has been terrible. We have had lots of smoke haze etc but thank goodness no fires.
