Yeah I would love one as well... the pinup boy still is the most gorgeous dog. Poor bugger with his short legs has to run his willy through the snow so would mali. Herbie just don't touch that yellow snow and you will be okay. Liz great photos as usual. The snow looks lovely and so cool!! Considering it is already 30 degrees celcius here now.

I have heard that kids have been kept from school and everything there Liz! That's how it gets down south , here cause they are not used to it either..
Emma, I saw Tammy's thread about the heat, can't imagine that, birds falling from the trees.!

Yes that's right most schools closed.... one of the reason given by one head teacher was that parents had heard on the local news that everyone should stay at home so they are saying that if they fall on the way to school they could sue the school...mad isn't it

The buses around here have also stopped running and a lot of the shops have run out to bread and milk...and farms are having trouble with milk tankers getting stuck in the snow and their milk not being pick up so it is having to be thrown away..

Also our gas supplies are running low all over the country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully tho we heading into the big thaw

Whenverhave hot weather, most of the time the humidity is aweful and that makes it way worse. Some parts of the country have dry heat which is a lot easier to take.

We have more dry heat but when it is 35 plus my home town geelong is supposed to reach 44 degrees celcius today that is way over 100 degrees actually it is 111.2 and we are expecting 40 degrees here today which is 104 so we are melting. No humidity and no cooling off until tomorrow we are all going to suffer today. As for birds falling out of trees yep it happens alright.
