I dont think there is anything you can do. I would just wait and see if they contact you and when they do then sign them over to them. I wouldn't bother doing anything else at this stage just keep the papers in a safe place until then or if they ever come back for them. Until then they are yours.

OH!! Well just keep a hold of them if they want them they will come back looking for them I am sure. If not return them to Dogs NSW and they can do  with them what they want. Unless you want to keep them for sentimental reasons.  I know the Victorian Canine Association request registration papers back when a dog dies however I would not part with the ones I had they are staying with me.

wat to do with pedigree papers?

Post by JaydonNewt on Fri Jul 09, 2010 12:41 am

I assumed that being purebred and registered meant that the
dog would be healthy and temperamentally sound. I found
out I was wrong. My first purebred dog was a black and white Shih Tzu
we named Missy. My husband got her for me as a Christmas present (I'd
been nagging him for months for a puppy). Missy was a
sweetheart, but as she matured, she started having problems. She
developed allergies and her stomach seemed especially sensitive.

Mingo is a purebred w/ papers. Limited reg. She is too long for a toy poo. I would never have had her bred.
I did not bother w/ papers for Nat. No chance I was gonna breed her, but, she is almost perfect. I'll leave it to the experts.

As my mum would say do as I say not as I do. So get back there until I ring the bell and tell you to both come out fighting. What a sight. We could sell tickets.
