hardest thing will be at work.. She greeted all the clients at the window.. the boof head was able to jump up and got LOADS of pats and cuddles through the window....

She will be missed by all.. Zena the Basset hound is sooooo sad she is constantly looking for her....

Thankyou all very much.. she is missed greatly... Zena is not her self she misses her play mate ALOT she is howling all the time if left alone...

LOL lou the grooming boards...... i have pics of layla all over here, but not there so nobody would have really known who she was...

Any ideas how to help little Zena through this i have never seen her so low... she wont even eat dinner and she is the biggest guts i know...
We have play dates linned up at out dog park with some local larger dogs so she can still PLAY as out little dogs just dont ruff and tumble as much.. She also noe lives indoors.. While she had acess on hot or cold days she is now house pet..... I guess with time she will settle..

Just give her time we all need time to grieve including dogs. Hopefully she will improve soon. Just give her the time to miss her friend. Hopefully some play dates will help. Good luck but remember we are all still here for you regardless you have has such a bad time of it all lately and we all feel for you and send you lots of these

I had a lady come over today to drop off our new little bird*Will update later* and she is a Reiki master.. so she sat with Zena for a bit and just did her thing.. really seemed to settle Zena down ALOT....

Reiki is good I am a channel and have been for about 14 years now it will make a difference to her for sure. Looking forward to the little bird must get back on the animal chronicles again like we used to they were always good.

HAHA YESSSSSS was thinking the other day now that all seems to be settled i am sure the nutty stories will be poping up left right and centre...

For sure... now tell us more about that bird you have now... been reading facebook and I am intrigued.

OMGOSH our next dor neighbour did the sweetest thing to night..

She knows how much we all miss Layla and she called and said i have a gift for you...

She had been out today at WOW to get her kids some DVD's for the Xmas sticking and saw the DVD TURNER and HOOCH...

She got it for us so we can watch it and think of layla ... i Cryed it was just such a sweet thing to do and nice to know she was thinking of us .. OH and for you slackers who have not seen it THIS is turner and Hooch
